My room was spacious with an amazing lake view, just as I hoped for! The decor was nice and the shower was great. However, I had some issues with the TV and the outlets didn't work properly. The staff were a bit overwhelmed and I had to ask for towels a couple of times. Still, the comfy bed made up for a lot!

We loved the stunning views of the lake from our room. The breakfast was delicious and perfect to start our day. Our kids enjoyed the nearby activities, especially a fun day trip to the Andes Mountains where we could hire a guide for fishing at Vicente Pérez Rosales!
My wife says that noise from other guests made it tough for the kids to sleep.
